Even though only Sherwin-Williams (SW) paint colors are listed in the color groups, you can buy your paint from any store. If you choose to purchase paint from anyone other than Sherwin-Williams, get a paint chip from Sherwin-Williams first and ask the other paint store to color-match the Sherwin-Williams color(s). Have them put a sample of the paint on a card for the Architectural Committee to check against the current color chips. You can attach a photo of the card to your Architectural Update/Modification Request Form. Please record the brand name, color number & color name for the Shadowood Greenways Association records.
Do not purchase any paint before getting approval on your request or you may have to return it if denied.
