The following color groups for stand-alone homes (not townhomes) are suggested paint color combinations from the Shadowood Architectural Committee. The committee believes these color schemes help maintain the architectural cohesiveness of the Shadowood community.
For each palette, homeowners choose which color is the main house color. The remaining colors are trim colors.
Please note: Even though only Sherwin-Williams (SW) paint colors are listed in the color groups, you can buy your paint from any store. If you choose to purchase paint from anyone other than Sherwin-Williams, get a paint chip from Sherwin-Williams first and ask the other paint store to color-match the Sherwin-Williams color(s). Have them put a sample of the paint on a card for the Architectural Committee to check against the current color chips. You can attach a photo of the card to your Architectural Update/Modification Request Form. Please record the brand name, color number & color name for the Shadowood Greenways Association records.
Do not purchase any paint before getting approval on your request or you may have to return it if your request is denied.
