Shadowood Greenways property owners can now pay their twice-a-year HOA dues safely and securely online using a credit card.
Property owners can pay any amount at any time. They can pay the total amount due each January and July, or break the total down into multiple installments. There is a 3% fee each time a secure online payment is made.

Why do I need to provide my email?
Property owners will receive an email receipt each time they make an online payment. A copy of the receipt also goes to Shadowood Greenways Association; the required email address helps identify the payer so the payment can be correctly attributed to their account.
How do payments work?
Fill out the amount to be paid, your name and email address, and your credit card information. Then click the Pay button to submit the payment. You will receive a receipt via email. Payments normally process in 1 to 3 business days.
Once the treasurer sees the deposit in the Shadowood Greenways bank account, it will be applied to your dues.
What is the 3% fee for?
Shadowood Greenways Association is using a payment processing company called Clover to offer this payment convenience to members. Clover charges a 3% service fee for each transaction. (Shadowood Greenways Association also pays a monthly fee to Clover for this online payment feature.)

Only credit cards are being accepted for online payments at this time.
Will interest still be charged on late payments?
Yes, late payments will still incur a 1% interest charge when they are 90 days past due.
