To send printed Request to Modify Property forms or Landscape Concern forms or any other correspondence and/or payments, please use the mailing address for the association, which is:

Currently, the Secretary and Treasurer retrieve the mail on a regular basis from the post office and distribute it to the appropriate people.
You may also attach the above forms to an email and send them to the Secretary at shadowbus419@gmail.com. This email address is checked on a daily basis.
The Executive Board is comprised of 4 officers – President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
- The President and/or Vice President can field any general questions about the governance of the association. You can also check out the CC&Rs, Bylaws and the Enforcement Resolution on this website to familiarize yourself with the Association’s governance. They are also available to field any complaints.
- The Secretary should receive any emails or snail mail concerning meetings, meeting minutes, membership, mailings, welcome packets and correspondence.
- The Treasurer should receive any communication concerning funds and securities or questions concerning dues payments.
You’ll find the name and email address of each officer on the Governance – 2025 Shadowood Board of Directors page of this website.
If you would like to be included in the group email used for notifying members of meetings or alerts, please send your email address to the HOA Secretary at shadowbus419@gmail.com. Your email will not be shared with anyone other than board members.
If you’d rather not receive emails but want notification of meetings or alerts, please supply your phone number to the Secretary via email and instruct the Secretary not to put your email address on the list.
