If you live in a townhouse, you must coordinate with the other residents in your building and agree on a shared color palette before selecting paint colors.
If you choose to purchase paint from anyone other than Sherwin Williams or Rodda Paints, ask them to color match the Sherwin Williams colors. Get a sample of the paint on a card for the Architectural Committee to check against the current color chips. Please record the brand name, color number & color name for the HOA association records.
Do not purchase any paint before getting approval on your request or you may have to return it if denied.
