City ordinances relating to Shadowood Greenways

Here are two city ordinances relating to the Shadowood Greenways development.

Ordinance No. 3763 was filed in 1975 and was instrumental in shaping Shadowood Greenways’ Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions document (CC&Rs).

Ordinance No. 3947 is an amendment to sections 5 and 9 of Ordinance No. 3763.
